Controller
TEDLad is operated by Arslaan Ltd, company number 16667689. Privacy enquiries can be submitted through the secure contact form.
Data processed
TEDLad processes account identity, organization and workspace records, configuration, conversations, knowledge sources, audit events, billing evidence, usage records, integration configuration, and support enquiries as needed to provide and secure the service.
Purposes
Data is used to authenticate users, provide requested product functions, enforce authorization and quotas, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, recover operations, meet contractual obligations, and respond to enquiries.
Processors and transfers
Configured infrastructure and provider services process data only for enabled functions. Workspace operators choose which external integrations receive approved data. Provider terms and transfer mechanisms apply to those services.
Retention and rights
Retention is controlled by product settings, operational evidence requirements, legal obligations, and account-erasure workflows. You may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion through the contact form, subject to applicable law and required evidence retention.
Security
TEDLad uses tenant isolation, authenticated encryption, hash-only credentials, bounded provider access, durable audit evidence, and fail-closed production controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
