Authorized use
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use only data and systems you are authorized to process, and comply with applicable law and provider terms. You may not use TEDLad to deceive, harm, unlawfully monitor, distribute malware, or bypass safety and authorization controls.
AI and human responsibility
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Workspace operators are responsible for employee configuration, approved knowledge, external actions, required human review, and decisions made from output. TEDLad is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
External providers
Integrations act only after a workspace configures and verifies a provider connection. External services remain governed by their own terms, availability, and data practices.
Fees and suspension
Paid access, where offered, is governed by the selected plan and verified billing events. Access may be limited or suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach.
Availability and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI output. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
